The Clergy Appreciation Rate honors pastoral leaders' invaluable service to their churches and communities. Active and retired clergy (deacon, elder, diaconal, or local) receive an additional 0.50% interest above rates to individual investors. This rate applies to all new and renewed investments in fixed-rate accounts made by clergy with their primary residence in Texas or New Mexico.
